NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE - IT JUST PROMPTS YOU TO HOLD BECAUSE ATTENDANTS ARE "BUSY" THEN IT SAYS YOU'RE BEING TRANSFERRED TO AN ATTENDANT (OPERATOR?) THEN IT SAYS TO ENTER AN EXTENSION OR WAIT THEN IT PROMPTS YOU TO LEAVE A MESSAGE THEN IT HANGS UP ON YOU. Very unprofessional, rude, and ridiculous.
The young tech was very sweet and empathetic. The new space is just so-so, strange layout, temperature at 63 degrees!, AND they still had workers finishing work in the ceiling. Also, I don't recall getting notification that the location moved ... good thing it's only a 1/4 mile from the old location.
