Working for CDI has been an amazing experience. I have learned so much for my career here. The accounting managers are always there to help and teach you new things to help you grow. I have been here 11 years and plan to retire from here. I couldn’t ask for better managers they are top notch.
Great place to work, but management sucks!!! The AR Controller Jennifer Vizena harassed me on a consistent basis, going to HR was a joke and nothing was done. HR is only to protect the company and not you! I informed her boss Alex Fontanez of the harassment also and nothing was done. CDI did not make me feel safe at all, I was a victim of harassment and this was no secret, I told everyone and nothing was done.
