Had to wait an hour to be seen, staff seemed like they had no idea what was going on,
We have been waiting for a refund for services that were not provided since February 2026. My mom paid in advance for a treatment but unfortunately became ill which was later diagnosed as terminal. She called the office and spoke to Maria who advised her that she would receive a full refund. Three months later they now claim they need take $400 off due to other treatments not related to the procedure mom paid for and other procedures paid for by insurance. Micahelann called on. Dr. Forge is a dream. She is one of the best dentists I’ve ever had. The woman in her office currently whose name starts with an M, I don’t remember it, is the rudest, most inconsiderate, unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with in a medical setting, and as a result, I am finding a new dentist, and I would not recommend this office to anyone. There are too many dentists and providers to be treated rudely by a receptionist.
Excellent dentist, Dr Forge and really helpful front desk, Maria, have helped my teeth get back on track. There's free parking in the ground floor lot. I'm really happy I found this Dental clinic!
The best doctor and the best assistant shes from and I have never meet someone like her she's amazing and she cares about patience thank u honey..
