Giving them a 5 star review for their incredibly kind and patient clerical! I work in healthcare and know first hand how challenging it can be to work with difficult patients. They had a particularly difficult and unkind patient while I was there and their clerical staff maintained total professionalism and kindness! Very impressed.
Today during a procedure where they strongly stress that I should lay flat on my back immediately after the procedure, well after I got my first scan that had me walk for 15 mins. Then did the scan again. That part is understandable. I was done and they asked me to wait for the CD. I waited in the lobby. They said it should take about 10 minutes. After 20 I approached the front desk and she looked at this machine that burns CDs . Mine and two others were there and had been there for a while I guess. Completely unprofessional... read more
