Had an early morning appointment already scheduled for a month out, got partial time-off approved from work. CDI called me less than 48 hours before the appointment, saying that it shouldn’t have been scheduled when it was, and that I’d need to show up later on in the day, because the doctor wouldn’t be there until “9 or 10, maybe 11.” Unprofessional, highly disorganized, and inconsiderate of people’s time. Do not recommend.

I had a 9:15 appointment and have been waiting for over and hour because they ask you to be here 20 minutes before and if you ask someone about it they give you an attitude.
