John Carpinelli was spot on with this review as I have just had a similar experience and was let down by Chris. Chris originally priced up some kitchen benchtop renovation works for me in August 2023, 1 week later when I said I was keen to proceed I am told he is no longer available due to commercial works. I am told to check in with Him in February 2024 and he can have a look at doing it then. We contacted CDH cabinets just before Xmas about whether they could replace or repair several vinyl wrap doors in our kitchen cupboards. Today they called out removed the doors and returned with the new replacement doors. The workmanship was excellent, they were prompt & professional in every aspect from measuring up to completion and the finish is superb.
