Originally I had given CDE 5 stars when we signed on with them. Unfortunately I now am giving them 2 stars. For 3 weeks now we have tried to get CDE to come out to our location because something is wrong with our system. 3 weeks! No one ever calls me back. The only contact I have gotten is from FB messenger. We had an appointment set up and the tech didn't show up. Again I contact them through fb messenger because no one calls me back and they say they are working on scheduling and will get back to me when they can get someo... read more
Excellent service & Travis Prater is fantastic with above and beyond customer service! More than your typical security company, it is evident from the beginning that they truly want to help you get the best! With years of expertise and timely service, I would definitely recommend 13/10!

CDE did a wonderful job installing a system for my mom. Jim came out to meet me with the tech to make sure everything was installed properly and in working order. The system is pretty awesome and does some pretty cool stuff with camera integration. Very happy with the job they did! Highly recommend them to anyone who needs an alarm, Camera’s and home automation.
