Was referred to this practice for a biopsy of my thyroid (which was never performed or brought up). I waited for 50 minutes in the waiting room. Taken inside to do a blood pressure check, then had to wait another 45 minutes in the cold and windowless room. Dr Chaychi talked to me for 5 minutes to basically say "run another lipid panel" (when I'd gone there with results from my prior tests a couple of weeks prior).
