First of all the speed is slower than molasses on a cold winter day. This means I could walk to the library 50 miles away get on their internet complete a search and walk home before CDE internet boots up! They always want to blame your equipment! They moved the box into my garage drilling through the siding and walls and then leaving all their crap on the outside! I have had nothing but issues since they did this. Hello I am a vetran of the USAF and a Rep from CDE lightband just came out and spoke with me as if he was "my owner" and asserted LIES about electricity. On multiple occasions this company has been lack luster it reflects the leadership poorly. He was agressive as if he wanted to beat me I asked him if he wanted to beat me and if he owns me? I have had this service for several years. I rarely ever have any issues with outages and when I do I talk to a human who is here in Clarksville. They are always very cordial and follow up to make sure it's all okay. I have looked for cheaper services but there are none that measure up in price and convenience than CDE Lightband. I am a very happy customer and highly recommend them to others. I am sorry others have had issues but I am very satisfied.

Their Internet is terrible have gone through 3 routers which were theirs that I rented they did not bother to tell me that they were all defective so for 9 weeks I've only had 3 weeks of actual service and they want me to pay for all of it even though I didn't have Internet
