I dropped my car off on 11/11/25 and was given a pick up date of 11/28/25. I was given updates throughout the process which I loved so that I could know what to expect and what was going on with my vehicle. My vehicle did not end up being ready on the day promised and being ready on 12/2/25 instead but after seeing my car and it looked brand new I wasn’t upset about the date change.
