I had a very disappointing experience with CDE Collision Centers (Buffalo Grove). My car was kept much longer than originally promised. In the end, it turned out they had simply forgotten to replace a broken side mirror, which caused unnecessary delays. The paint quality was also poor. On one of the panels, there are multiple visible defects (around four spots) — it looks like dust or debris was painted over without proper surface preparation.
