I was very pleased with the care I was given at Dr. Brinkley's office. I had a root canal and it was pretty much pain free. I was amazed and very thankful. I highly recommend Dr. Brinkley. The office staff are all very kind and professional. I felt very calm and comfortable during my visit. Dr. Brinkley is very kind and gentle. I was reassured and treated with the utmost respect. I am so glad I have Carolina Dental Care taking care of my smile!!
Their patient /doctor comprehension and attitude skills are zero. They specialize in pulling the wool over your eyes to drain you financially for the more expensive dental work you don't even need, as opposed to the less costly alternatives. A real shyster outfit, needless to say, I would NOT recommend these vultures to no one!
Courtney your nothing but a trouble maker. They haven't even been in Taylorsville but about 3 or 4 years. LOL Dr Brinkley is my dentist and has been great. I recommend anyone going to him. He's great with my daughter also who is 6.
They're terrible. I had been a patient there for 15 years and was very happy. Until they let the Hygienist that I always requested go, and I wasn't informed until I walked through the front door for my appointment. It was time for my 6 mth cleaning so i made an appt. with another dentist. When my records and the X-rays from my last appt were looked at by this dentist he noticed cavities in the so-called X-Ray, I say so-called because it was so badly done.
