Disgraceful behaviour from a driver on Route 540 (around 12:30pm at Upfield Station, coming from the Coolaroo Station direction). When the Myki reader was slow to respond, instead of showing patience, the driver rudely told me to “scan quicker,” implied I shouldn’t have touched on at all, and then insulted me by calling me “crazy” after I said I was just doing the right thing. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
