Not reliable at all. Tried to get through to the westmeadows office so many times to no avail. When I finally got through was hit with excuses and they didn’t even want to know about it. The bus in the screenshots never showed up and it’s happened a few times lately. Side note: If your kids go to Penola be mindful that they may not make it to school.
It’s no wonder this company has such terrible ratings. The culture of disrespect and failure comes straight from the top. The CEO, the General Manager of People & Culture, and the Head of Workplace and Employee Relations have built a toxic environment where staff are treated as disposable and leadership is non-existent. Disgraceful behaviour from a driver on Route 540 (around 12:30pm at Upfield Station, coming from the Coolaroo Station direction). When the Myki reader was slow to respond, instead of showing patience, the driver rudely told me to “scan quicker,” implied I shouldn’t have touched on at all, and then insulted me by calling me “crazy” after I said I was just doing the right thing. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
