Do not use this company. Charlie was booked to do a simple garden job, told me it would take two days. Called me non-stop for 50% deposit and then did not show up on multiple occasions. Has promised a refund many times, nothing received. Now having to take him to court. Complete scammer.

CD Building/Landscaping and KCD Building are total cowboy builders. Charlie Draper and Kevin Draper were booked to do a 4 week build which turned into a 3 month nightmare of missed work days and excuses. Charlie took over £5,000 off me for fake work and materials that were never delivered or done. He didn't use a building inspector for any of the work. I am now taking him to court for the 22k he took off me for the job. Total con artist. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

As per other reviewer, Charlie Draper of CD Building/Landscaping is a serial fraudster and conman. He’s scammed numerous people and was called out on BBC Three Counties JVS show as a scammer in July 2024. He has multiple CCJs against him and a lifetime ban from Checkatrade, but spends a lot of time deleting any negative reviews and changing accounts. He previously had negative reviews on Bark but was able to set up a new account and transfer just his positive (fake) reviews from his previous account.

ROGUE BUILDER ..... As detailed by another - all correct. Charles Draper was given a job which he stated would take 5 days - Now some3 months down the line - persistently fails to turn up and gives total bulls*** all the time. Was paid 50% deposit £5448 and further advance on the final payment of £1500 - he just takes everyone for a ride. Thankfully paid by credit card and subject to reclaim.
