High call out fee for a faulty oil pump diagnosis, returned 4 days later with new pump, swapped old for new out but apparently damaged the replacement part during installation? Said it wasn't chargeable. Also advised the boiler wasn't safe to use but was left on and tried to fire up after he left. Never heard from him again. After 2 weeks of waiting I got another person to do the job and it wasn't the oil pump at all (see other Google review for a similar theme). Firstly, he/they are not in Ystradgynlais. Secondly, didn’t check phone message left. When arranged call out didn’t know where Ystradgynlais was. Turned up to see boiler, decided it was oil pump failure and (supposedly) went on phone to order. Said it would be delivered next day, and would be back to install. Professional, reliable and knowledgeable service. The work was to a very high standard. Chris was able to recommend the most suitable boiler for our home and installed it with minimal disruption to our home. Chris also recommended a suitable shower unit that would fit the style of our bathroom all of which was at a very competitive quote. I would highly recommend C D Beynon plumbing & heating to friends and family.
