Our CDA labeler machine has been great! We've been using it for just shy of a year now. The machine appears to be very high quality. CDA technical support is also very responsive and helpful.

I would give -8k stars if I could because that's what I'm out after dealing with this company. They promised the world prior to shipping. We received a machine that does not function and the best they can say for themselves is, "well..you didn't want direction 4. That's marked off on the quote." Who's supposed to know what direction 4 is prior to ever seeing the machine? I don't even recall being asked about specific directions being included or omitted.
