Wow, let me say I KNOW building. My Father owned his own construction company for over 40 years and I am a Realtor. I was quoted out by several of our local shop builders, but by far CDA Structures was the right choice for us. Not only was everything conducted and delivered as promised BUT my job site was clean, our materials were always protected from the weather and if there was any questions, I was contacted to ask prior to proceeding. After I was blackmailed by the owner to takedown my negative review. Only to receive 40% of my $10,000 deposit back, I have decided to warn others of this bad business practice. Deposit on a building was made then had personal plans change and had to sell my property and move out of state. Nicole Eiter is the most unprofessional business owner I have ever met. I would recommend any other builder over them. I have many documents and text to backup her horrific behavior.
CDA Structures has a great team and their buildings are the best of quality. I shopped around N Idaho before going with them because of the way the build and the extra materials they use. I would highly recommend you contact them first if you are considering any pole building. Nate G. will take great care of you and make sure they deliver on everything and then some.
I am very very happy with the quality of our shop, Nate at CDA Structures was great to deal with the the whole process. The picture speaks for itself! Although the process took a lot longer that I was hoping for but I am very very pleased with the outcome (note: I did start this when construction was booming). I'd hire them again if the need arises. I highly recommend them. 5 star service! The process was seamless from start to finish and we are thrilled with the result. Our questions and concerns were addressed in a timely fashion and Nate made numerous trips to the site to make sure everything was going to plan. We highly recommend CDA Structures!
