Had an estimate down in person Thursday morning and was promised a quote by Friday. Friday came and went without a call explaining the delay. I called Friday end of day and was promised by Monday. Here it is 6 days later and no quote or call back from management, as I had left them a message Monday. Even if you're lucky enough to get a quote, how can you trust them to show up on time or do a quality job when they can't follow through on a simple quote? My other two estimate were prompt.
