Disappointed with service and how ordering is now that they been bought out by NIM. Say goodbye to same day service and metal pickup, takes days to get metal they have in stock. Will be switching to another local metal supplier.
Horrible place for truck drivers to unload avoid drivers if yall haven't loaded and looking for address or unloading hours cancel your load lol....they unload from 1am to 7am only by appointment I scheduled driver at 4am it's 730am and there still unloading him piece by piece so annoying
I was looking for a small piece of metal for my boat trailer and was told whatever is over there is all we have and you can take it or leave it, btw we won’t cut it down and it is sold by the pound. I wanted to ask if she could get off the chair and at least help me search for a piece of metal but at that point I think I was inconveniencing her enough that she was ask to come to work today to help customer like me. I've been coming to Will Call for 98% of all my metal goods for over two decades, Never had an issue with staff or pricing. After reading others reviews, I was surprised...but maybe I'm more relaxed than most, or it was the military that allows me to just let it roll off my back.
