At Chimney Snake LLLC we have ordered various raw steel materials for our manufacturing process. Every time we've called to discuss our order needs staff has been very helpful. Deliveries have always been on time and are always complet. And the driver is always helpful and friendly too. Love working with this company. We're preparing to place another order later this month as well. Thank for everything you do. Great company.
Really good price on metal. Expect to do everything in person in the store. Called multiple times for material prices and either got hung up on after being on hold multiple times or transferred to the spokane store and then hung up on on hold also.
1- Don't answer the phone when a customer is infront of you ready to spend money! 2- Don't say you don't have product to look at to see what would best fit application! 3- Dress with some professionalism when you go to work and act some what professional. 4- Take pride in your job. If you don't or cant...quit!!!
