The manager, *****, is hostile and vile. No one should ever be disrespected and exploited the way I have by her. The worst experience in doing business with anyone.

If only 0 Stars was an option. They installed a double, frameless, 5 glass shower door. The doors do not align up when closed and not one hinge is set square or plumb to any of the others. They are visually, varied distances from the corner of the stall. They sent out someone to analyze the situation and he agreed that we should not be expected to live with such poor workmanship. He offered to give us the doors at no charge as a settlement. It was that or replace all the tile and materials down to the studs. With the hassle,... read more

Called and made an appointment and was given a date and that someone would be there between 10:00 and 11:00. At 11:45 called CDA Glass to inquire where the person was and was told they were on an install and maybe they could show up later in the day. I took time off of work and could not wait. Made another appointment three weeks out to get the 1st in the morning appoint. Was assured that I would be first. They would be there between 9 and 10. CDA Glass was recommended by a Home Depot employee, I am thrilled for the reference!I just got off the phone from a very nice,fruitful conversation.I learned CDA Glass actually builds screens, having purchased a home where the screens are shot,I am delighted to have them replaced built to size, what a gift!
