Absolutely disgusted...i had no problems when it was CDA. They have no phone contact and won't return emails. They have left a lot of CDA patients without scripts and meds. They'll go broke soon at this rate...

profits and shareholders are priority not the patients they've recently merged with Candor under Vitura and will begin to focus on products distributed by them (so surprised) in direct competition to the already existing network of clinics that overcharge and underserve this will leave us with lack of a better term 'a monopoly' on patient medication

Just a terrible experience now it's Candor Went from being the place i looked forward to dealing with, to an absolute painstaking experience Took weeks to organise an appointment, after being a CDA patient for 5 years Had an appointment last week, and have been stuffed around and told one thing, told to message someone else Stings even more, cause all of this is prepaid

I've been a patient with CDA clinics now for some time and initially things were great. Unfortunately things seem to have taken an absolute nosedive as of late. I am now consistently being stuffed around with scripts, I've been prescribed discontinued or out of stock products and told there's nothing really that can be done for one reason or another (reasons that always seem to favour CDA). If you guys screw up you need to fix it. It's not on the patient to be totally literate in all the products you offer, their stock level... read more
