My alternator failed while I was driving in California. We contacted C & D and they sent a truck right away and took the vehicle to the shop. They diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. The part didn’t arrive until closing but they got on it first thing in the morning and had me on the road before noon. Besides the alternator they did a full safety check knowing I had a long drive ahead of me. Everyone there was extremely pleasant to work with and did their best to get me back on the road quickly. Charlie is great and friendly and very knowledgeable. My family trusted this auto shop to repair my brakes. The repair did not go well and faulty brakes were installed. I was charged $600 for a battery. I trusted this repair shop because it’s listed under the Better Business Bureau but without a doubt I will not be returning here for any of my vehicles repairs again sadly.
El mejor lugar muy amables y responsable atención al cliente suele bien ellos me ayudaron con mi carro ase un tiempo y después marque a pedir ayuda para mi carro y era muy noche y llegaron super rápidos y enserió me sacaron de un problema donde otros lugares no me quisieron ayudar por que era tarde ellos estuvieron ay para mi los super recomiendo 1000000%
Great service guys we're super helpful and polite I'll be using C & D from now on for tow and future services. They were very knowledgeable on what they were doing and they brought my stress levels down during a very stressful moment. Very professional and friendly.
