I have dealt with these guys for years and have always had great service. I have personally bought four sets of tires from them and have had service done on my vehicles as well. Several of my friends and co workers use them, I would reccomend them to anyone.
These folks are great, they solved a problem with my cars vibration where others had failed by using their "road force" machine to diagnosis and fix the probblem. They even let me watch and the technician was very professional in explaining the situation to me. They did not charge me as the tires were a brand they sell even though they did not sell me these tires. An excellent place to do business, I highly recommend them. I will buy my tires there in the future.
do not use this company they take advantage of elderly and female customers my mother in law had her blazer took there to have a brake leak fixed that should have cost no more than $100 dollars and they decided to put a axle on it and back brakes and drums without consent from her and now want to charge her more than the vehicle is worth bad business ethics
No company is perfect. The guys at Hayfield Location will help you find a tire option for you. They will do what needs to be done, and are reasonable people. I was suprised to see that nobody takes the time to point out, these folks are good.
I will cut to the chase. I have been there four times now. Without resolve of vibration. The inner aspect of tires edge on fron is gone. I was perfect before they aligned it. They could not get the kumho tires though still made. They will exchange two fronts with Nexen a inexpesive but decent tire. I agreed. I asserted they must get four. A garage where they only do necessary auto repair. They won't rip you off like most places do. (Like dealerships up Alcoa Hwy. for example). Recommended.
