I have been using C and D Stump and Tree Removal for over 15 years. They are the only tree service that I will ever use. They have done everything for me from removing a large willow in our backyard to trimming numerous trees over the years. Last Saturday, after a heavy wind storm, I noticed that our 25 year old flowering pear tree in our front yard had some splits in the trunk and was actually separating. They removed a dying pine tree in my backyard close to my garage that had a main service wire running through it in a pretty tight spot. I did not get the guy's name who climbed it on a 90 degree day, but he did a 5 star job and was careful to not hit the garage or wire. The lawn was thorougly raked and the stump cut flat.
Our backyard has about 12 feet of flat which then sharply turns up to a decently steep hill. So only 20-30 ft. away from the back of our home has over a dozen trees which are all pitched at an angle towards our house... Needless to say, if any of these fell then we'll most definitely need to call our insurance company. Dave (owner) from C&D Stump came out and quoted the job (a full 12-13 trees) which was convincingly lower than two other quotes we got but even more so than that, I trusted him when I met him... call me old fa... read more
