If I could give zero stars, I would. My clothes came back looking exactly the way I dropped them off. The stains were still there, and it didn’t even look like they had been properly cleaned. I was able to remove one of the stains myself with just soap and water—it came out easily with almost no effort. Every item I dropped off was returned only lightly pressed but still visibly dirty. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t trust those 4- or 5-star reviews—they don’t reflect the quality of service I received.
