Took my sweater there and was told they did not have it. I told her that I know they had it and it took me about 15 to 20 minutes to finally get it. In addition, the stain was never removed from it. Please take the time to go to St. CHARLES. Guaranteed that it is much better customer service and the quality is much better. It is definitely worth the drive! I have not gone back to South Elgin since and I will not. Most definitely it is not the same owner so please be aware no matter what they tell you.
Took my white solid twill shirt for cleaning and asked to clean the collar for just mild sweat dirt. Picked it up next day and shirt was the same as I had dropped off. Told the staff/owner and he said he would do it again. Picked up my shirt following day for them to just slap a “Do-Over” tag with same collar dirt. Same way I took it in I got it back the same. I have done business with at several locations over the years. I am very satisfied with their service.
Very clean location! There is a bit of an up charge for the dry cleaning as it’s more like a drop off location only (the actual dry cleaning is not done in house but taken to a different CD One location). The service is still great and very timely. The lady who works there is also nice!
