I been coming here for about a few months now and they have been my go to dry cleaner for some time now. Whenever I drop off my shirts to be dry cleaned, I know it was I'll be ready the next day which is important because I usually need shirts so I can go out the next day. Their hours of operations are very flexible for my schedule and also the price is not very expensive. On occasion they also have coupons. Highly recommend.
Really really bad this location in south elgin In fact I would like to get the main cs # to complain to the franchise I have been coming to CD one cleaners since 2015 I will not be coming back This is the second time I ask for my shirts to be creased and have starch and second time they don’t do it.
They said it'll be ready after 3pm. They texted at 1:30 to pick it up and they were perfectly cleaned and creased. I will go back.
They do not crease the sleeves as requested
