Friendly, fast, and perfectly done.
The cashiers are helpful and pleasant. You can’t beat the prices! I seldom have to wait and they do an excellent job with dress shirts and dry-cleaning. Next day cleaning is usual as longs as you drop off early in the day (when traffic is slower). Win, win, win.
Will never be going back - you truly do get what you pay for (which at such a low price point is not much). I dropped off 10 items and only 2 came back acceptable. Not a single stain that I had gone to them to get out was fixed. Instead, dresses had new ones and they ruined one of them. When I pointed these out, they blamed it on the fact that the dress didn’t have a care label after I had specified when I dropped it off that it was silk. No apology; no offer of a refund — really just a bad experience all around.
