TERRIBLE! My first experience and they didn’t even get the stains out, I paid for the exact sweater I gave them with zero difference! Then on top of that they gave it back to me with no hoodie string on my sweater and completely lost it. On top of all that I was in a hurry so I didn’t have much time to really go over everything but they charged me prior to me even seeing the results. What a rip off

The staff were polite and attentive during my experience. My only issue is that they took longer than expected. I know the ticket usually says “ready by 5pm” but in other locations my garments are usually ready for pickup much sooner. At the end of the day it’s not a big deal, but when I finally got my garments.. my shirts were damp and wrinkled so it made me even more upset at the fact that I had to wait till 5pm and at the end of the day my shirts were not even dry and wrinkle free.
