I brought about 8 pieces of clothes to this cleaner. Each item was ruined. Embellishments broken off, clothes returned with stains that were there originally (and some new ones added by the cleaning process). Blistered coats and faded clothing. I later learn that the heat used on a black jacket that was destroyed-was too high. When I spoke with the business owner, he takes no responsibility. Very brash, rude, and uncaring. I DID tell my best friend about this place, and she plans to make sure not to go there.
NEED A NEW OFF WHTE SHIRT? WELL YOU'RE IN LUCK! BRING IN A WHITE ONE AND THEY’LL TURN IT A DIRTY OFF WHITE COLOR FOR YOU! This cleaners ruined my Calvin Klein winter coat. I spoke to the manager who would take absolutely no responsibility, she claimed it was the manufacturer's fault that they BURNT all the fur trim off my coat. All she offered to do was tell me I could pay THEM $50 to have the material analyzed. This is a cheap, poor quality cleaners and you definitely get what you pay for. DO NOT take anything nice to get cleaned here!

This cleaner is run by a bunch of idiots. I brought a shirt in, they poked a hole for a tag. They could have tagged it on the side where the shirt was tagged. Instead, the idiot made a hole which got bigger and ruined the shirt. The lady that ran the cleaners wanted to hold the shirt for 30 days to INVESTIGATE IT. She tried to give me half of what I paid and wanted to keep the shirt. I asked for the half settlement and the shirt. Then she questioned how I could pay so much for a shirt. Get what you pay for!!!!! I will never go back not even for my cheap clothes.... I use Care Cleaners in South Holland... I stop and started using CD and boy was I in for a wake up call... clothes was not clean, smell w/new spots.. a waste of money and time.
RUINED, WRINKLED, AND DIRTY were the condition of ALL of my clothes after I picked them up from CD One Price Cleaners. My beautiful silk blouse was ruined, my Ann Taylor shirt ruined, and my Ann Taylor pants filthy and looked as though someone had sneezed all over them (they were dirty; not drycleaned). You get what you pay for, and you pay for what you get. CHEAP QUALITY, WITH CHEAP SERVICE.
