I took my daughter’s wedding dress there to get steamed and the rep Crystal asked another young lady behind her and stated that they don’t do wedding dresses when Google clearly states all garments with calling out “we do wedding dresses” in parentheses…. Very inconveniencing!!!

I use CD because of the value and fast turn around. The staff is always professional there.
I came in few week, I brought in 7 shirts. 3 to be dry cleaned, and 4 to be washed and pressed. I asked the attendant to fold all shirts, due to I was going on a trip, that wasn't done, the shirts wher not folded. The attendant charged me $5.00 for each shirt. I had to ask for a refund because I only want 3 shirts to be dry cleaned. She then said I had to sign for the shirts that where not to be dry cleaned, I had no issues with that.
