When I picked up my clothes, I noticed that all of them had NOT been properly pressed. I immediately showed the young lady who gave me my clothes. She said there was nothing she could do about it but to come back on Monday. I shared that I lived out of state. She gave me the manager's number and it's been 10 days and 4 calls later and still have not heard back from anyone.
This particular CD is terrible. Terrible Go to South Holland instead. Trash
It's. Just. Ok. Friendly customer service. However, whenever picking up your items, ALWAYS check your clothes for stains, missing buttons, rips, etc.
I visited July 5th 2025 same day service, I went out of town that Monday on the 7th - 13th. That week I went to put on my suit and noticed stains that was not on my suit before I put it in to be cleaned. I really don't appreciate having to pay for a service that was not performed. I would like to have a refund, I have pictures as well of my suit. I tried to call the Lansing store no one answered.
