Overall, I would rate ,this place a 6 out of 10 They pressure clothes extremely well No one else can beat them. The problem I have I’ve sent a few pair of jogging pants that had mud on them during the rainy season. They didn’t wash them. They just pressed Right over the mud, so I’m wondering if they are actually washing clothes.

They have no idea what can and cannot be cleaned or ruined! I took six items there for new with tags I only wanted them pressed they will return to me wrinkle crumbly totally unacceptable. I explained these clothes were brand new from the store and was clean and pressed. They said they are unable to press the items. That’s the best they can do. They kept it for another week after I complained, and to speak to the owner they refused to give me a refund. I could press it with my Rwanda iron better than what they gave it to me.... read more
