I have brought shirts in her for laundering on many occasions - however, twice I have had shirts ruined - both time Ralph Lauren Polo oxfords. One was a tear on the front of the shirt - clearly from yanking it off the steamer, but they initially claimed I "brought it in that way." The second time was a tear on the lower forearm - which they tried to tell me was "elbow wear" - perhaps if you have a forearm six inches long.
