I asked the clerk to not put starch in my black shirts, when I got them back there was medium starch in them. Also the lapel of my suit was not pressed (creased). When I asked her why she stated that you all don't crease the lapel of suits. The clerk was rude and did not know how to talk to customers.
Great, courteous service. Everyone is always busy, working to turn around orders for pick up, usually within 24 hours! Rosie, the manager, is the greatest! Always professional, knowledgeable, and customer-satisfaction focused.
