I picked up my clothes on 04/25/2023, at the CD One Price Cleaners on 22nd Michigan. I had a jean suit and four additional pairs of jeans. I always ask that my jeans have no crease and heavy starch. I also requested that the jean jacket receive heavy starch. Upon me inspecting my clothing to see if it was done as I requested (as I often do when picking up my clothes because this has happened to me before, so I check before I leave) I discovered that I did not have heavy starch on anything.
