Best dry cleaners in the area! – A friend of mine recommended I try this place since I was complaining how much I spend each week on dry cleaning. The minute walked in, I loved it. Everything is 2.49, free coffee, friendly staff, free same day service. my bill was cut in half. I am only sad I did not find this place sooner. Be prepared to pay up front.
Don't waste your money – You may think you are saving money by taking your dry cleaning to CD One Price Cleaners as they charge much less than other dry cleaners. But, be forewarned. When something goes wrong, they don't stand behind their work. I returned an item that had been stretched 3 or 4 times larger than it was when I originally brought it in. They refused to give me any satisfaction - NONE!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
worst customer service, ever!!! – This is the worst place I've ever been to- the customer service is terrible. They ruined a pair of $200 pants and won't own up to it!!! I have never met such inconsiderate jerks in my entire life!
Buyer Beware – I placed 8 sweaters in for cleaning and never saw them again. I was told that they were either stolen or given to another customer. I am in the process of waiting for Cleaner Depot to give me money for my sweaters. It is a long and irritating process. I have to prove value. The management was neither helpful nor apologetic. I sensed I was the problem. DO NOT PLACE ANY ITEM OF VALUE WITH THIS STORE.
Cheap, Well-managed, but Long Wait Time – Cheap... $1.99 per garment. They are only doing drycleaning and laundry of garment pieces, so don't bother bringing your comforter or wedding dress there. Well-managed... they're willing to pay for damaged pieces. Even tho a sign in the store mention they can only pay for upto $50 per garment, they've paid the actual cost of my dress, $180, when I produce the receipt.
