EVERY-SINGLE-TIME I go to this place, the price has increased! I started going here when they were .99 per piece. Last time I was there (one month ago) the price was $4.75/ea. Yesterday, i went in and they are up to $4.99/ea. The response from the guy that was working the counter was "we only increased our prices by 1 cent." WAH! I"m done with this place!
If I could give them no stars I would. This is the SECOND time that I have taken my items to this cleaners and it has been ruined with no care in the world. I had a Calvin Klein dress with a chain. At NO TIME when i dropped the dress off did anyone say it could not be cleaned or that I had to remove the neclace. When I picked up my items NO ONE SAID anytbing about my dress being ruined. I picked up my clothes on 04/25/2023, at the CD One Price Cleaners on 22nd Michigan. I had a jean suit and four additional pairs of jeans. I always ask that my jeans have no crease and heavy starch. I also requested that the jean jacket receive heavy starch. Perfect .......reasonable
Cheap price lures you in. Harsh chemicals and no spot cleaning. Clothes come back with stains engrained and impossible to remove. And that's when I pointed them out when bringing in the garments!
