One star unfortunately.. and that's only because zero is not an option. I went to pick up a few items of mine a week or two ago and noticed one of the items was damaged (pics to follow). I quickly noticed and told the front desk who directed me to leave it there and I'd receive a call from the Manager or Owner. Time went by... and you guessed it, NO CALL.
