Professional job on my jeans alternate
Poor customer service here. Stain on my brand new shirt I brought in. No apology and no sense of urgency to resolve it. And I received attitude from the person at the counter when I expressed my frustrations at how she was dealing with it. They ultimately fixed their own mistake and received it the next day but my time is worth more than whatever price savings they may have. I don’t plan to come back.
Always prompt with my dry cleaning and always well done
Best service and lowest price!!! I love this cleaners.
