Will never take my car here again. I booked my car here for an MOT, expecting my car to pass as it had no problems and It’s always been a very well looked after car. They failed my car because it apparently had an engine oil leak. I decided to pay for a diagnostic test to find out the cause of the problem with the engine and was told they couldn’t find a reason and that I was best of scrapping my car or to pay for a new engine. Highly don’t recommend. Took my daughter’s car for a MOT and they failed it for engine problems. Paid £60 for a diagnostic test for them to only say they couldn’t find a reason for what was wrong with the engine. They told us it needed a new engine without even knowing the problem or for us to scrap the car. Awful do not take your car there . Had to have a new clutch on my car after 2 days my car broke down ran RAC they told me my car had not been put together (rush job ) that it was not safe to drive & to take it back to garage to finish the job . I posted the RAC report to owner But did not get to speak to him or any mechanic only receptionist. Very unprofessional . I will never take my car there again .
I ve just got back from having work done on my car today. Went into the office the ladies Alison and Miar (sorry if spelt names wrong xx) both were really pleasant to be with while I waited for the work to be done. Well what a really nice, polite and helpful bunch of men working there. The owner Keith came into office and explained everything to me , what was wrong and what was being done to my car. Which I really appreciated . Got to give you 10/10 for what you all did for me today .Thank you All from a very happy customer.... read more
