Following a hailstorm in early 2024, our family’s longtime insurer issued an estimate for exterior repairs totaling around $23,000. Shortly afterward, a representative from C&D General Contractors appeared at my elderly mother’s home despite a clearly posted “No Soliciting” sign. The pictures show the mess C&D left us. Our contract says “first payment due on completion of roof” and this is hardly finished. We hired an inspector and have consulted other roofing companies. They all said it was a sloppy job with one saying it was the worst he’s ever seen. Dale is demanding payment and said the roof is complete. They also reused old flashing in some places and used caulk in some places. The insurance company ok’d all new flashing. Shayne at C&D was fantastic to work with. He communicated throughout the process and was able to work with our insurance company to cover all damage after the initially refused to cover certain things. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Shayne and his crew at C&D General Contractors have been an absolute delight to work with. Through all the battles that we had with our insurance company, Shayne has followed up countless times with them to make sure that everything goes on the way it should. Having your home remodeled or repaired is always a stressful undertaking no matter what. C&D were very easy to deal with. Great communication and were promp with everything. They did great work and were very helpful dealing with our insurance company after a major hail storm. The C&D representative went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Thank you!
