The wind had blown a panel off top of my shed. One sheet of metal and the ridge cap torn, took piece in, they said it would be about 1-2 weeks before they could get a panel and a guy to fix it. They said it would be around 5-6 hundred to have it replaced. Job was done. Panel didn’t quite match but that’s ok, a couple screws weren’t replaced, ok I put them in myself. Just had our roof replaced with CCX Roofing. The entire crew worked hard all day. Appreciate Alex managing our project and walking me through the process. Also appreciate Jared getting us scheduled early and having the materials ordered and delivered so quickly.
My roof was replaced yesterday and my house looks fantastic. Alex and Jared were professional, knowledgeable, and helped me to choose the right shingle for my application. Communication along the process was great by both. The crew showed up on the scheduled day were polite, curitious and super hard working. The roof was installed in one day including clean up. All in all, a great experience. I will choose CCX again if I ever need another roof.
Alex work closely with us to make shire we knew what was going on, with our roof, we had a couple of miscommunications about when the workers would be on sight, but Alex tried to keep us updated. Jared’s communications were simple and smooth. The best part was how quickly the roof was done so we could get back to life as usual
