BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I currently bought a new car and needed local car insurance. i went to ccw they are a big company with no customer service . i called to inquire about a qoute and was sent to somebody's voicemail i left a message no call back . then i went into the insurance company waited a hour just to be told she was going to lunch to come back. i then called again 2 days later talked to her on the phone . she said she would get me a few qoutes and call me back i an hour. that was november 23 . i have yet to hear back... read more
