Shocking, they use MDF unsealed against the floor. It’s starts delaminating just with normal mop cleaning on the floor tiles. Our $50K kitchen (including white goods) is falling apart after 8 years

I had a very concerning experience with CCW. A large bathroom mirror installed by CCW six years ago, unexpectedly fell off the cabinet, causing significant damage to both the mirror and the sink below. Fortunately, no one was in the bathroom at the time, but this incident could have led to serious injury. When I contacted CCW to report the issue and inquire about warranty coverage, I was told that their warranty only applied to the original home builder and that I should contact my insurance provider instead.
