BEST SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE! I spoke with Swatie and Marcy and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. I want to really thank Sam in the service support department. On Friday he literally saved me by remotely helping me get a system online for a client that was leaving the country the next day for 6 months. He was patient and stayed on the phone with me while and helped me troubleshooted the internet in that home in order to get the NVR online.
