OK, so I placed the order at 4:31 on a Sunday within the business hours. Unfortunately, when the Uber Eats driver arrived, the restaurant is closed and she wasn’t the only person arriving to pick up a order. This is so unprofessional for a whole restaurant that’s been operating for years. There is no reason why you guys should not have updated your Uber, DoorDash, etc., etc. accounts to reflect your actual business hours. I'd love to give this place a 5, however...after placing several orders on DD they have never once answered the phone after to insure the order is completed correctly and I get it the way I prefer. I've called several times after placing an order to make sure I get the right condiments, the wings are extra crispy, or that I can add something basic to my order (extra sauce or dressing) They have never once answered the phone or gotten it 100% correct.
