Waiting for supplies for 3 weeks. Lousy service. Won't answer calls.
On hold daily since April. It is mid March. I waited on hold 3 hours until they hung up on me. Get supplies ANYWHERE else. Here is a photo of one of my calls ON HOLD.
Worst medical supply company. 3 hours long hold times with no urgency to send out the order.
Worst diabetic supply company ever! I have tried to get my CGM supplies, which I am totally out of for the last week. I was told three times that would ship out that day. I am still waiting! I would say if you have any other choice do not choose CCS!
