Worst medical supply company. 3 hours long hold times with no urgency to send out the order.
Worst diabetic supply company ever! I have tried to get my CGM supplies, which I am totally out of for the last week. I was told three times that would ship out that day. I am still waiting! I would say if you have any other choice do not choose CCS!
Uneducated and long wait times on hold. Seems like this company does not know what they are doing. Issues with orders and billing. I met my out of pocket maximum mid year and they still make me pay a copay even if they see my last order was zero dollar copay. Have to call and get a refund now, which will take over 30 minutes to complete or get an answer. I hate this customer service and support. OH, and if you validate an order and approve it online, you still have to call for approval, which makes no sense.
