Go else where if you can. Do not recommend this medical supply company at all. Appalling customer service. They deactivated my account without ever telling me. This was after I had to follow up 3x on an upcoming order!! My insurance changed at beginning of the year (I notified them about 3 weeks before my order was due to ship). After advising of my insurance change they told me they would let me know if there were any issues. Never got a call. I called 2 days before my order was to ship to confirm it was being sent. Company employs people who are rude and obnoxious. Someone calls me and asks me some very personal questions after two months of failing to deliver my medical supplies, and I ask what's this call about ? obviously because I'm already working on a new supplier, then I;m told 'if you don't wanna talk to me then just hang up. Every time someone from this company calls they are dry and unaccommodating, and if you dare ask a question, they will turn nasty. avoid them at all cost, there's many suppliers out there.

If I could put a Negative number or stars, I would. They give out mis-information, make false promises and then tell you how much they value you as a customer. Terrible.
