Horrible Company! Rude ! Unprofessional!!
Go else where if you can. Do not recommend this medical supply company at all. Appalling customer service. They deactivated my account without ever telling me. This was after I had to follow up 3x on an upcoming order!! My insurance changed at beginning of the year (I notified them about 3 weeks before my order was due to ship). Still no supply over a mouth I get phone calls one or two a week needing more info I gave them everything thing they need ?
Company employs people who are rude and obnoxious. Someone calls me and asks me some very personal questions after two months of failing to deliver my medical supplies, and I ask what's this call about ? obviously because I'm already working on a new supplier, then I;m told 'if you don't wanna talk to me then just hang up. Every time someone from this company calls they are dry and unaccommodating, and if you dare ask a question, they will turn nasty. avoid them at all cost, there's many suppliers out there.
