When I have jewelry that I need a value on or to repair or sell, this is my go to.
Elderly woman working there was very condescending and rude. Said my 925 silver is teenage jewelry, that I was silly and said the $50 dollar service charge for the repair was a "fortune" maybe to her..didn't understand the $50 being a fortune comment or the teenage jewelry comment. I am 31. I guess she thought I was younger. Even then sterling sterling silver not being worth the trouble of fixing is a silly comment to make from a place that also sells costume jewelry.
Rude woman. Took my money to Pearland Jewelry Repair and Designs on Main Street and got amazing service.
