Today is 4 January, 2023. I live in Limestone County and have service with this company through the local Electric company, for over 18 years. No issues until recently. Single family home, never load out prohibited materials or too much material for trash pick up. CCS did not pick up our trash for three weeks in a row and when called, stated it is because we had too much material or prohibited items. Their reputation fits their occupation---GARBAGE!!! As many others have stated, they are always leaving my cans in the road to get hit by cars all day, slinging the cans across the yard and in the ditch. I've had many lids and cans busted and destroyed because of this terrible service. Something needs to be done! I have an idea..FIRED!
Breaks every can I use and have been doing so for years and nobody cares at their office. Just broke my new one I have had for 2 weeks very thick and expensive. Looks like they purposly slammed it on the ground
